The 9 hr drive there and back was for nothing you were completely out of everything just spent money because I drove that far will never be supported again I had several people coming there monthly and we will not be back! Super tired and disappointed asf!

Just downloaded rewards app today.
So far so good. Fortunately, this is actually my favorite dish that I like to go to just about every single time I’d say the past handful of times consecutively and I don’t plan on leaving them anytime soon. I really like the employees they’re great. I love the deals The company has in general of the but now that I’m able to actually know myself for the award I don’t think any App and I didn’t even know they missed the first a great way in my mind to keep track of all this stuff and being able to actually visit visually see my rewards my balance anything I need help with regarding my rewards is great in the app so overall I am impressed. I downloaded it literally like not even an hour ago. Nonetheless so far so good that’s why I’m giving it a three out of five stars. I will return and edit this review or add another one after 24 hours. I do plan on making a trip in in the morning because it will be my birthday tomorrow as well as I’m due for a free eighth on my punchcard so I will give an update on my experience going in and I am doing part of it as an online order also so that’s why I will keep you guys updated and let you guys know how well the online order and pick up goes it will be my first time going in on the online order so I don’t know overall. I just love this place. It’s my favorite that’s all.

They have some of the best deals in the area and have always had great customer service,keep it up !

I can't tell what strain most of the products are unless I open up the product info. Even when I do open it the type is so small I can barely read it. Also beware of what you order. I got weed so old they gave me a humidor packet that only lasted 12 hours. The moon rocks I ordered were nothing but dust with no chunks of bud.

I have an account with points. I signed in with my number and it made me create a whole new account. I signed in on the web with my number and it signed me in to the account with points like huh?

Create an account on the app to earn points. You can get discounts and freebies just about every other trip if you fly biweekly/monthly. Last three times I’ve been in I’ve received free mid-tier products, some equaling up to $50 discounted if you use your points wisely. It can be nerve wracking waiting for three people to authorize those discounts, but it is definitely worth it. 28/$25 pre-rolls is pretty exciting too

I’ve had an exclusive account for multiple years at this point but for some reason I can’t link my already earned rewards and past purchases to the app. No point in using it if I can’t use my earned rewards.

The app has not loaded for me in two weeks. I press the app icon, to open it…and it just loads. No app updates or anything. Generally, I find the app to not be all that great. The handful of times I have ordered on the app, someone calls me to let me know they don’t have that item. It just doesn’t work half the time. Otherwise, the Monroe location is my go to.
