I went book a Hamam, they sent me voucher too and said the team will confirm collection time, it hasn’t happened. I contacted them via the whatApp and said the same thing the team will confirm the collection time. Again nothing happened. I contacted the them via whatApp again and instigated solution to offer me a slot, they started arguing and asking me why I didn’t contact them! When I forwarded the contact messages, they said sorry and disappeared.

My suggestion is not waist your holiday unique time waiting for them to argue with you, pay £5 extra and book your excitement with the local provider and enjoy.

This is not trust worthy and from my experience they are fake!!!!
