Awful driver, decent CS
The driver was late, did not do a meet and greet with me like I had originally paid for and did not even really drop me off at my destination just drop me off across the street because he “didn’t want to block the street”. Just an awful experience that I paid over $150 for so definitely would not recommend. The customer service was nice and seemed to care about me actually getting picked up, but it’s not enough for me to ever trust or use this service again. It’s not even any kind of professional driver. It’s just some guy they get off the street.

ExecuCar is the best car service for easy, safe, and secure bookings and rides. I use them every time I can when traveling.
Easy to use
The app was very easy to use. By enabling location services, it found my home address. It is then able to search for and finds the flight information with just a couple of clicks. Or, you can enter the flight information manually. Very easy to book a reservation!
Great app, better service
This is so easy to use, and the service is wonderful! I’ve used this three times already and every time the driver has been on time and extremely helpful and friendly! They even helped me with the car seat for my child
