Red button with no wires

This app is like a red button on a factory wall not connected to anything. Keeps unhappy users busy pressing a button that doesn’t fix anything. If you need help, ring them.

Dreadfully woeful

Latency issues so used this to ‘find the fix’ but it goes nowhere & it’s obviously just set up as a delay/marketing tool with no ‘actual’ fix gateway. Eg, single household with a 50plan. Had ‘only’ the Apple TV on, ran test, advised that the 2 day latency issue was the bandwidth of ‘deviceS’ connected. Ah no… ran an independent speedtest and ping was 157 with critical latency issues. This app is a wrought. Take it down.

As others have said, this app doesn’t give you (the user) any info about the results. Not helpful.

Useless app

This app is quite useless. Website troubleshoot suggest to download app to assist with connection problem - for app to scan and just confirms we have a problem. Literally wasted 15 mins of my life for absolutely nothing. Sack the one that came up with this app.
