What's New in ExerciseLibrary
1.4.1
July 30, 2026
Every exercise now has an anatomy visual, and the library has been reviewed record by record. A VISUAL ON EVERY EXERCISE Each row now shows an anatomy figure with that exercise's muscles highlighted - primary in orange, secondary in blue. The figures are drawn in the app, so they work offline and exist for all 1,009 exercises. FILTER BY HOW AN EXERCISE IS PERFORMED A new variant filter: body position, bench angle, grip orientation, grip width, single-side or alternating work, loading, technique, range of motion and support. BETTER ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTIONS "Similar exercises" now accounts for how an exercise is performed, not only which muscles it works, and says why it was suggested. REVIEWED CONTENT The whole library was read in both languages. Ten exercises gained clearer safety guidance, three were rewritten where the instruction was wrong, and muscle tagging was corrected on thirty. The front of the shin now exists as its own muscle group.
