APP FEATURES EXERCISE NOW Your daily friend that will help keep track of how long 10 seconds really is. Just press “Start now” and the app will tell you when to pull and when to rest. That way you will not overtrain your muscles by pulling for too long. This will help maximize your training. SETTINGS - DURATION OF TREATMENT Reduce your preferred training time down to less than 10 seconds. This can be useful if you’re new to IQoro and want to start slowly. SETTINGS - EXERCISE REMINDER The biggest problem with a new training regime is that it’s easy to forget about it as soon as something else starts distracting us. HELP ME EXERCISE CORRECTLY This feature was created for anyone who’s a little insecure about how to train with IQoro. You’ll find videos, an FAQ, and you can call us for personal support. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: IQoro at none against ExerciseLibrary's shown. IQoro also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). ExerciseLibrary's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
