I have been trying to verify my email but it not working

I really want this app to work but I cannot get the phone verification to work. Customer support says the problem is with my carrier and I need to resolve it with them and have tired but with no success verifying my account. I have tried it on five different phone numbers across four different phone carriers. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
