Tracking cash is less messy
I still use cash a lot and it used to disappear without me noticing. Now whenever I spend cash, I quickly add it in. Seeing the running total makes me think twice before small impulse buys at coffee shops.

I have several small subscriptions and utility bills, and I tend to lose track of them. Now I record each payment as soon as it’s charged. It’s nice to scroll back and see everything in one list instead of guessing where my money went.
