WHYY DO I HAVE YO LOG IN ALL THE TIME??

Awesome app like really nice for what it’s meant to do any everything very costumer friendly, but whyyyyyy does it log me out every single time? I literally go from that app to another and I go back and it logged me out? Why? I’m the only one using MY phone? Can this be fixed?

Why do you have to sign in every hour? It’s on my phone. No one but me uses my phone. I’ve tried to get tech support to help with the situation and they’re no help. Or why can you just use Face ID to open and login to the app. This whole code text to you is garbage.
