Randomly Changes Pick Up Location
Used to be good but now it randomly changes the pick up location even when it is a rebook and using the same details. Drivers can’t find you, causes delays. Too much hassle.
Not a great UI
Wouldn’t allow me to input my from and to fields . Kept defaulting to where I was for the from location when I needed to change it. Then errored out. Why don’t you have a way to easily reverse my outward journey and book a return journey?
Utterly useless
“I suggest you just wait like everyone else” - never had to deal with such incompetent call centre staff. The rudest agents I’ve ever experienced. No empathy. No patience. Just vitriol. Walk home, if you can!
Don’t bother using the app
If I want to be picked up at the specific place that I am at, the app will not register it and say that I am km’s away from where I am. You should be able to PINPOINT exactly where you want picked up, not just a random close by address. Instead of being picked up at the grocery store, the taxi was all the way around the building near a block of flats. Driver cancelled the ride before I could find him/reach the car - since it was so far from the store. Driver told me to phone in the future and blamed me for not calling and using the app…

Use absolutely any other taxi service
Useless almost every time. I will not be booking with again. Pre-booked a taxi for 14:55. 15:00 and no taxi so I phone, “we’re just waiting on a car it will be 10 mins”. Why do you not have cars available for Pre-booked taxis??? Finally car gets assigned and I am sent tracking. Car is 6 mins away in another town then all of a sudden “sorry we missed you” my booking is terminated. So I phone again “sorry we don’t know what happened we’ll send another one” now it is 15:25 and I am still waiting for my Pre-booked taxi. Its not the first time express taxis have messed me about but it is the last. Drivers are more often than not useless and sit in car parks for ages instead of coming to get you or only wait 2 seconds outside your door and drive off before you’ve had time to walk down the drive. They see you coming and deliberately step on the gas. Use literally ANY other company if you actually want to get where you’re going
