Don’t bother using the app
If I want to be picked up at the specific place that I am at, the app will not register it and say that I am km’s away from where I am. You should be able to PINPOINT exactly where you want picked up, not just a random close by address. Instead of being picked up at the grocery store, the taxi was all the way around the building near a block of flats. Driver cancelled the ride before I could find him/reach the car - since it was so far from the store. Driver told me to phone in the future and blamed me for not calling and using the app…

Use absolutely any other taxi service
Useless almost every time. I will not be booking with again. Pre-booked a taxi for 14:55. 15:00 and no taxi so I phone, “we’re just waiting on a car it will be 10 mins”. Why do you not have cars available for Pre-booked taxis??? Finally car gets assigned and I am sent tracking. Car is 6 mins away in another town then all of a sudden “sorry we missed you” my booking is terminated. So I phone again “sorry we don’t know what happened we’ll send another one” now it is 15:25 and I am still waiting for my Pre-booked taxi. Its not the first time express taxis have messed me about but it is the last. Drivers are more often than not useless and sit in car parks for ages instead of coming to get you or only wait 2 seconds outside your door and drive off before you’ve had time to walk down the drive. They see you coming and deliberately step on the gas. Use literally ANY other company if you actually want to get where you’re going

Taxis driver was friendly and talkative and put me at ease, I don’t like getting taxis on my own but this driver made it easy and enjoyable and I’d definitely book again
Easily worst taxi service in central belt
Book through their app and don’t bother to call back and will happily accept any random person at location. Phone up to complain and be met by denial. Shocking service. Happily walk 10 miles than use again.

Returning to the area after a while password not recognised. Changed/forgot password, still not recognised.
Booking not possible
I’ve still not got this app to accept a booking, it’s so frustrating. The service of the taxis and the staff on the phones is great but the app should just be removed!
Disgraceful attitude
Asian driver had a disgraceful attitude. Drove well past my address then blamed me for not informing him, even though I’d given it to the person on reception.

Only works for a couple days then i goes back to cant book right now for like a week no point in downloading this app
Don’t waste yer Data
Better off downloading Bruce’s taxi App at least there’s takes booking that’s all I have to say on the matter
Better off phoning
The app almost always says that taxis are unavailable and suggests pre-booking. This has only ever worked for me when I pre-book in the afternoon for a taxi at night. So I always end up phoning, and it turns out taxis are available after all. The app is a bit of a waste of time.

This app used to be decent but the new update the new look is so GARBAGE
Can’t even register!
Registration crashes with “Forbidden operation” error at Step 2 (SMS confirmation). Shame.
Fantastic company
App is very useful! Allows me to see what my waiting time will be for a car! The company is also fantastic, especially during the pandemic as when I was in isolation for two weeks the company were able to buy my essentials and deliver my parcels! Staff were also very understanding on the phone! Will definitely be using this company a lot more!

This App took my money without a booking.
This morning I noticed the App had taken 3p in 3 separate transactions of 1p each.

Absolutely rubbish service! Don’t even bother with express. I’ve had so many problems with them! If you’re looking for a good taxi service in Falkirk I highly recommend Bruce taxis
