No credit card? No service
After using their service for years, I’m now unable to because I don’t have a credit card all in the name of security reasons.
Never using again

Charged for a taxi I was refused entry to.
Taxis turned up and wouldn’t accept my small dog despite me having a blanket to hold him on. Then I got charged £5 as the guy drove away!
There was no clear way on the app to say dogs would be an issue.
I normally use Apollo for rides to airport or whenever I go around maidstone and am in need of a cab. Not anymore.

Can’t add card
Tried adding my card, it took £1.01 off my card twice but wouldn’t add the card so ended up just having to phone up.
The 2 £1.01 payments which I assume are card authorisations have not been reversed as they should be.
Not a good start.
