Jood gold
After I logged in tried to purchase an item, my membership for jood gold didn’t show so I contacted the service center and I did all the things they asked and still didn’t help.now I deleted the app and installed it back and hopefully it will work. Guys you have to improve the app and suppose to show my membership for jood gold or silver as I log in and if the item it is not entitled then you should block jood from that particular item.

I order online and i pay cash..after that I suddenly receive email that my order was delivered but leterally never receive order because i put wrong contact number..im trying to fix the issue but nothings happen because the costumer service has no representative to assist..very bad experience

Very disappointed…whenever we purchase anything they offer new offers!! With extra charges n when we try to avail it they said it’s not included!!recently I bought Dyson airwrap with extra z waranty for that they took extra amount..after 1week the plug got some issue we claimed n they said it’s not in warranty you hav to paid extra amount…very much disappointed from the staff n services also…not buy anything from there in a life☹️☹️🥹

Worst customer service
Big company that cannot train their staff with customer service. Its so annoying and stressful talking to their staff and customer service because they dont even know how to handle queries and inquiries. Waste of time talking to them. Surprisingly even on physical store their staff are rude.
Poor delivery service for online order
Please don’t opt for delivery services of extra. They charge 25SAR per delivery and delivery is done at late hours / outside working hours at office locations and tracking is really not possible! Very bad experience and they did not deliver as per the committee date! Charging 25 SAR for this kind of poor service is not acceptable. I will never use extra delivery services again!

Never ever buy insurance their sales person will give false commitment for purchase of insurance, as they purchase the insurance you can get free upgrade iPhone whenever new one arrives during insured period, so when we go for claim they denies, they are not clearly stating anything during purchase but after purchase they will make you fool. (Whomever reading this please like this so that this will top of the list and may helpful whomever going to trap in future.

Bad App
Unable to search for anything in the app because when i type and press search, the app freezes and i have to close it from recent apps. Now instead of searching in the search box if i go to the category tab to search for certain thing, same thing happens. However the app works only if i search something on google and open the extra link from there.

The “worse” app I’ve ever seen, you can barely login into your account, logging into Google or facebook doesn’t work, it seems they haven’t updated the app since 2010, laggy most of the times, and you can barely purchase any item with this app and for some reason their website also doesn’t seem to work

The worst app can be in a phone
This is the worst app that can be in a phone. Stop bothering us by sending too many Usless and most annoying advertisements and notifications that we didn’t really want to have. Day and night, your app is sending. What is this ?

Very weak support, very un realistic after sale services, communication channels are poor, i got my device replaced three times because of bad conditions of received item, extended warranty is fake, no preventive maintenance. After warranty support is too expensive without pre-agreement regarding expected efforts. Overall horrible experience.
