Doesn’t seem like anyone who designs this app actually wants it to be user friendly. I frequently have to re-log in after doing FaceID, usually pops up with an error message after I’ve logged in. Does not let me submit patient logs on mobile. Takes at least a minute or two log in

Never loads properly, crashes, endless bugs, don’t waste your time, they clearly do not care to fix these issues.
The WORST app EVER
Out of 10 times I try to open this app, it only opens 5 out of 10 times. Of the 5 times the app actually opens, my placement NEVER EVET load properly and therefore I’m unable to enter my hours which makes this app completely USELESS, just taking up space on my device! TERRIBLE!
Used to be so good :(
The app used to be great and SO easy and convenient to log cases on the go. Even after the login bug was fixed the app is still trash now, constantly logs me out mid use, freezes constantly, and then it only loads half the page and you’ll have to keep refreshing to get the read to load. not even worth it to try and log anything on the app because I waste so much time refreshing the screen
