Never work, super slow, just bad!
A complete waste of time
Never loads properly, crashes, endless bugs, don’t waste your time, they clearly do not care to fix these issues.
The WORST app EVER
Out of 10 times I try to open this app, it only opens 5 out of 10 times. Of the 5 times the app actually opens, my placement NEVER EVET load properly and therefore I’m unable to enter my hours which makes this app completely USELESS, just taking up space on my device! TERRIBLE!
Used to be so good :(
The app used to be great and SO easy and convenient to log cases on the go. Even after the login bug was fixed the app is still trash now, constantly logs me out mid use, freezes constantly, and then it only loads half the page and you’ll have to keep refreshing to get the read to load. not even worth it to try and log anything on the app because I waste so much time refreshing the screen

Can’t update
The app is prompting me to update the app so I can login, but then it’s not loading or available. I’m unable to access the app and clinicals are coming up !
Unusable
Downloaded the app today and was immediately told I could not login in due to the app needing to update. No update available. I deleted the app and re-downloaded from the app store, same thing happened. Bummer.

Keeps saying update available but won’t let me update. This is terrible.. been going on for a very very very long time.
Stopped working
Your app stopped working after your update. It won’t load any screen, just shows blank or constantly says there’s an error

Freezing
App freezes every time I try to add a log, timesheet, etc and makes the app unusable.
Logs crash
Crashes every time I try to enter a patient log. The whole point of having this on my phone is being able to quickly log patients while I’m on the floor and can’t get to my computer. But since I can’t do that, this app serves zero functional purpose.
App not working - Requesting an update that doesn’t exist
Developer please fix this app. It says there is a new update, but I couldn’t find any update and the app wouldn’t work. Please rectify ASAP
Not Able To Open App
I am unable to open the app because I keep getting an error message that there is an update to install, which does not exist. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and continue to get the same error message.
Saying To Update When No Update Is Available
I uninstalled and redownloaded the app and this issue is continuing to persist.

States there is an update, but no new update exists. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, but continues to state there is an update.
No New Update Error
I’m having the same problem as others have had with an error popping up upon login saying there is an update when there is not an update. I have tried some troubleshooting and nothing has worked. I am unable to login and complete my coursework.

Latest update
Does not allow me to log in due to a message appearing to download update even tho my app is already updated. Before then the app worked perfectly
