Worst online tax questionnaire ever
I am working with this tool since years, it has been updated several times and never was getting more reliable. I don’t talk about the design of the tax questionnaire. Simply the technical non reliability is a nightmare. 85% of the time you have problems even accessing the tool, be it through browser or app (app reliability though is somewhat better). I cannot imagine how the EY top management can accept such a bad tool, I know from others using the tool they must have tons of complaints. I guess most users would if they were to choose their tax support opt for another company just because online tools work much better.

The application crashes regularly, face recognition deactivates randomly, no pasting possible for password and username

Automatic location capture does not work
Worst user experience ever
No reason the app needs background location or network device access but keeps prompting for it. Keeps freezing and hanging all the time. Has no consistent access to OneDrive Personal Vault or iCloud Drive. And many more issues
