User friendly and responsive

I’ve used TurboTax to prepare my own taxes for decades. Because I had several new transactions this year and was going to be out of town for several weeks, I decided to try EYTax Chat. It was very user-friendly and intuitive, and questions posed through the Chat were responded to in about 24 hours. Tax return and supporting schedules were easy to follow. I was very pleased with the ease and quality of the service and plan to use them again next year!

Great experience!

The tool was easy to understand and to use. Liked that I could just snap a photo of my information and it would upload to the app. Also liked the chat feature. It was a painless process to talk with my preparer.
