Overall happy

Like the ‘thermometer’ in the task tray. Like that I can manually take a break. Wish it had one-click snooze to give me time options to finish whatever I’m working on.

Response from developer

Hi, just right-click the menu bar icon of Eye Monitor, and you will see the Do Not Disturb feature.

很棒

如果早点使用这个app,我就不会得飞蚊症了

It has been good

I like the reminders about the screen time.

Exceptionally well-crafted and thought out and executed very well indeed

Basically for me it’s either this or the venerable Time Out. This is more intelligent in its monitoring AFACT but it lacks one critical, small feature that Timeout has, which is a keyboard shortcut to skip the current enforced break. For instance, if you’re in a game or meeting and a break occurs, you have to scramble for your mouse/trackpad, find the “Skip” and click it. With Timeout, you just hit a keyboard shortcut which you know off by heart.

Other than that, this is the classier, better app IMO but it’s close.
