Can’t get logged in
All of a sudden I cannot get logged in. In the corner of the screen it now says “UK” instead of “US” how do I fix this? The app is much more convenient to use than the website, when I can log on anyway.

I tried with my email do a registration but always was not password correctly please help me with registration Please renew my eyes on I couldn’t get registration I can’t open the page and watch how is a task I don’t understand where should I get my password, if I enter mine, the program shows that it is incorrect, I have tried to change it many times and still cannot register

Won’t let me pull up the shop guidelines. They appear for a split second and then the app crashes.

Kickout
The app kicks you out after only about 15 or so minutes of no use. It's very frustrating when you have to be answering questions for tasks or just having to log back in every time you want to view jobs.
If only
I love it it works well. If only it did not take so long for the CPI to load.
No support for US sector of market force
Couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t log in as I’ve been fairly regular. Could find my email error when I went to change password to I went to register. This app only supports European locations. Would appreciate US support GREATLY!
App does not allow you to search different locations
The app does not update with relevant shops as you scroll around the map. Most other mystery shop apps will show you all of the shops in each unique location as you scroll over them on the map, but this app only shows what is available “near you”. Very frustrating!
Works well but needs more features…
Please allow Face ID logon on the next update. Having to type the pw every time is a pain

Will not open. Will not update. Can not delete and re-install.

Since updating to iOS 14.2 the app no longer works.

CPI view doesn’t display.

No matter what I try, I continue to only download the UK version. It sounds like it would make shop and reporting so much easier... I just can’t get the right version.

The slowest app
Waiting for next page to load while filling in the report takes 10 seconds!! There are many pages in each report.
Update: as of February 2020, we can no longer view CPI on the app. That makes the app useless.

Cumbersome and mostly pointless
The app is just about as cumbersome to use and poorly laid out as their website, making things that should be trivial unnecessarily convoluted.
And where the app had the opportunity to offer a number of valuable features, like a discrete timer, it instead totally dropped the ball, offering little over what one can already do via the website.

Can’t Login
I wish I could judge all aspects of the app, but unfortunately I can’t get passed the login screen. I kept being told the password was incorrect, so I requested a link to reset it and was then told my email doesn’t match their records. I immediately went onto the website to login there. I logged in with the same email and password with no issues.

Easy to check new shops
Yet makes it easy to check new shops, but for some reason the paperwork link does not work on mine. And other words, I have to go online still. The app is helpful but limited.
Used to be useful when you could login
Quit working sometime in late 2018 or early 2019. I can login online easily but the app apparently just doesn’t work.
