Wi-Fi won’t connect
Have not been able to connect to WiFi- it does not find any available connections. Useless.

I got my heater the day after the latest update. Can’t connect to wifi or Bluetooth. Any update or fix for this?
Terrible app
The app has no support features of any meaning, I have added a device and followed all the steps multiple times accept when it takes me back to ‘my devices’ there is no new device. Even there website has terrible support features.

Have not been able to connect my pool heater to wifi. This is a useless app.

This is the worst app I have ever experienced in 40 years. Instructions are worthless. I will never recommend this company to anyone. And I will certainly never buy their products again. Shame on you.
Manual?
Can’t find any instructions on how to use this app, nor any legend for what the icons mean. Makes it kinda difficult to use!

The App doesn’t connect anymore after this last update
No connexion anymore
Since the last update, my device doesn't appear anymore !! And I don't know how to reconnect !! :-(

No power and mode shift buttons working.
No support or quick solutions to feedback. Its been close to 3 weeks without a functioning way to turn off and on the heat pump remotely via the app as it’s greyed out.
This app is very outdated and needs improvements.
It is 2024 why is it so hard. Wouldn’t recommend hayward products or heat pumps because its a far from enjoyable experience after purchasing they products.
