Scam
The app was glitching and closing out my apps multiple times when I was not driving. I have sent emails and they have not returned them. Do not buy this app! Scam!

App sucks and barely works
Let’s say I’m sitting on my bed. My app is open on my phone and shows that it is not locked. I decide to go on Instagram. The app decides I shouldn’t and locks my phone. I tell my parent. They put it in passenger mode. SURPRISE the phones still locked and useless. 9 out of 10 times I pick up my phone it’s locked for no reason. Also when it’s glitched like that it just kills my battery. I’ve sent emails, my parents have sent emails, but neither of us have had any sort of response. Please fix the app.

Locked Daughter Out
I really wanted to like this app. My daughter using her phone while driving really concerns me. Unfortunately it twice just locked her phone during the free trial. The app was open on her phone, she wasn’t even in a car and I couldn’t unlock her phone even to get to the screen to call 911. I. An emergency this is unacceptable. When it worked, it did still show notifications on her screen and still allowed the tone, so it wasn’t actually preventing access, just limiting. And she connected a call to a non approved phone number with the app running. Customer service was contacted twice and I did not hear back. Sorry guys, this app isn’t it.

This app is fantastic!
It’s insane out there on the road. Can’t count how many times I’ve been on a major highway traveling at speeds above 50 and people in cars to the left or right are ON THEIR PHONES!?
What I love about this EyezUP is, it keeps my whole family off our phones while driving! My kid, my wife, I even started using it myself!
Lots of functionality, settings, speed lock feature which is customizable. Really cool app!

Terrible app, not secure
Constant “not a secure connection” warnings. Couldn’t track my son while he was driving, app couldnt locate him.
Relieved
EyezUP has been the missing piece to the safety measures we’ve taken to eliminate distraction from our daughter’s commute. She’s a new driver with limited driving experience and very high anxiety which caused us to worry about her safety. We’ve taken some measures to mitigate this by using a highly safety rated small car, student driver stickers and leading and trailing her on different roads. One thing that I noticed is that she kept veering a lot. Once we downloaded this app it helped to eliminate the veering her ability to text and driver.

Did not work
It rarely worked for the three months we tried it. It was usually stuck on where he was weeks ago, made me question if it locked while he was driving. I wrote the company after the first month and never got a response.
Bad app
Here’s a few key pointers from messing around with this app a bit on both sides parent and child, from the child aspect it was way too easy to delete the app WITH a pin in place as I was able to restart my phone and delete it to bypass the lock and the app may send notifications saying it’ll lock my phone if I closed the app, it never did.
From the adult side of this, it was alright at best it stopped my “child” from using their phone for maybe an hour then again they were able to delete the app with relative ease same way restart phone bypass lock delete app and no code necessary even though there was one in place. I kinda expected something a bit more if they want $10 a month or $100 a year, will definitely be looking elsewhere for a better app.

Unquestioned safety
This app is wonderful to help ease any questions about my kid’s safety while driving! Best part though is that you have the ability to lock things down when you need to ensure that priorities are taken seriously!

Lifesaving app
Finally an app that will allow me to sleep. With two teenage daughters driving, I worry about texting and driving all the time. Now, no more. They simply can’t text while driving. This spp is a lifesaver.

Kids will be kids so they need help to avoid the temptation of distracted driving. This should be mandatory for every new or teenage driver. It sure will give me piece of mind. This app came among at just the right time. Easy to use and absolutely as essential as seatbelts.

Great idea. We used an incentive type app in the past but realized our son could still text, so wasn’t really helping. This is much better and relieves the stress of him driving and texting. Thanks.

Great App for teenage drivers
I recommend this app to any parents that their children are starting to drive or have been driving for a while. This app gives you a sense of relief that you are doing your best as a parent to protect them from themselves & this crazy world with all the distractions that are out there.

Even though my daughter is very responsible and is unlikely to try to use her phone while driving, even she admits that the temptation is really great at times. She has seen crash sites and is really grateful that this app will help her to control that urge.
One thing I would recommend is that we reward the kids in some way for accepting and using the app. We need them on our side to keep our roads safe. Maybe the insurance companies will even reduce our kids rates for using EyezUP - We can hope LoL!

Fabulous idea!
Worried about what your teens do once they leave the house? This app will not only tell you where they are but the speed at which they are driving. Mine also get texts & calls in the middle of the night which interrupts their needed sleep. You can now control that and teach them good habits before they make bad decisions.
