Deposited money can’t use it
The app crashes and when it does work I scan the QR code at the wash bay and the system tells me to deposit physical money and won’t let me use my balance

Always charges you 10 bucks on card even if only use for a minute

1. Doesn’t work
2. Works, but then actually doesn’t work, and eats your money
There isn’t an option for support, and because your money is preloaded, you’re stuck paying for something that doesn’t work.
