Deposited money can’t use it
The app crashes and when it does work I scan the QR code at the wash bay and the system tells me to deposit physical money and won’t let me use my balance

Always charges you 10 bucks on card even if only use for a minute

There isn’t an option for support, and because your money is preloaded, you’re stuck paying for something that doesn’t work.

Bad service
They stole my money.

Amazing and fast service
Terrible
Took my money twice on two different car wash docks. Tried the first one it took out $2 for nothing. Revered and tried another and it took another $2 out because it didn’t start when it said it did. Ridiculous. Now I’m at the third dock trying to start it. Made me deposit $25 for self service and the machines don’t even link or work with the app. I feel so stupid.

Don’t download
It reduced $7 from my card for no reason
Just doesn’t work
Spent $2 of app money that never went into my car wash, never got reimbursed for it even though I called and they said I would get the refund. Trash app that doesn’t work.
