Photo function & zoom
I appreciate that the app’s team responds to our comments, but do you work with actual inspectors to review planned updates? A few months ago you made a seemingly minor update to the camera function that made no sense to me. You removed the little zoom bar indicator entirely, while it was a flawed function (you could rarely zoom with one hand as the bar/button would disappear shortly after pinch-zooming and even when it was there you could rarely get a “hold of” the button if you wanted to point and zoom one-handed). Well with its removal you cannot even use it to gauge of what to expect as you approach to take an up-close photo (remember, we are using this while driving, sometimes in heavy traffic and busy roads); we at least knew what to expect with the zoom bar indicator. Now we need to take both hands off the wheel to properly zoom in or out much more frequently. The function continues to have a disconnect between on-screen frame preview and what we see on the actual photo taken, clients reject photos if our car (hood or side-view mirrors) are in the frame; I take pictures where the care is not in the frame when I snap a pic but then it’s in the actual photo ALL THE TIME. Job photo labels are more regularly available in the app now and I rarely have to complete photo labeling on the website, thank you for fixing this bug. I’m willing to work with you if you want end-user reviewers of app updates. It would also be more helpful if the default photo labels were set to “no label”, this isn’t a huge deal though.

They just make the app more and more uncomfortable to use instaras of making it more practical, easy and friendly

Can not zoom in like before. Especially for no contact inspections. Things like small address numbers and occupancy indicators are not as easily seen.
Good except the camera zoom
The app works well. I really like the gps capture feature. However, the zoom in the update has maybe 1/3 the zoom of the previous camera. A lot of our orders are “no contact” orders meaning we’re required to avoid contact with occupants and not step foot on the property. This lack of zoom presents an issue when capturing small address numbers on the houses. There’s just not enough zoom to get clear photos of the address number. This leads to loss of time capturing GPS, but more importantly the inability of providing necessary required photos for the clients.

Camera function is useless
You cannot tell how far the camera is zoomed so you end up with objects and people in the photos that were not there when looking at the app through the camera.

Pic labels and zoom
To reiterate what others have said, the disconnect between actual photo frame scope and what we see on the screen is a SERIOUS problem. I’ve had a lot of problems lately with job photo labels not being available in the app requiring me to go to the website for final labeling of photos simply because the “call card” label isn’t available on the app. This makes a job that should be completed on mobile not able to be done until I get to a laptop. It’s a problem, it costs me money sometimes but makes my onetime completion rate not as good as it should be sometimes. Is this a client problem or an app problem?

Isn’t compatible with iPhone 16
Used on iPhone 15 all ok, switched to a new iPhone 16 and it’s not compatible, no support, no one updated after I complained, no one assist. Can’t work because the app crash on iPhone 16
No more gps
Latest update downed gps does not work anymore from app and the review from daysigirl88 is the more accurate problems with the app it’s just an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved
Major issue
I don’t have too many issues with this app. Other than it is something I use every single day for my job, and it has one huge flaw. When taking a photo, it doesn’t show you how zoomed out it is. This is such a little thing that has ruined so many photos causing me to re take because the frame is not showing how zoomed out it is. This needs to fixed and addressed.

Good app, needs improvement
The app is easy to use, and the camera always works great. I love that it has the option to save all photos to my phone in case I need them later. However, there are several reoccurring problems. One, inspections get hung up in the queue. After uploading, several will stay in the queue after being submitted and reappear after I delete and sync. This causes clutter in the queue with several inspections that have been completed, but just won’t go away. Another problem is, after submitting and uploading, sometimes the inspection will not go through because it all the sudden says pics are corrupt. When this happens, even after deleting and taking more photos, the corrupt pics reappear and won’t let me submit. Occasionally, I will submit and upload, but an inspection will not go through to the other end, even though it’s no longer in the queue on my end. That one is more rare. It would also be REALLY GREAT if you added the option to crop pictures in the app.

Best app. for this industry. I have been in this industry for 30+ years as an inspector and owner(working in the office). This app. works great on both sides. Thanks for making the jobs easier to do.
Game Changer-Time Saver
I work in the commercial insurance field and inspect several hundred buildings each year. With this very intuitive app I can:
-take photos
-label each photo
-add a description of the property
-update unique characteristics
And with the touch of a button, I can sync multiple inspections to our system!
I can’t imagine doing my job without it.

Very poor service
This inspection App is one of the poorest operating apps, I have ever used. They charge for using the App, then it close down during uploading at all times. Their agents are no help.

Ok but not inspectorade
I constantly have pictures disappearing if I don’t upload them right away, which causes me to have to return to houses and makes jobs late, gps location does not update
