Will not load

This app will not load on my phone. The only thing I get is the black with the red ex parent logo. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times. Still the same issue.

Notifications not working

Notifications are not working as there are no pop up notifications showing up on the iPhone. In settings, I have turned on notifications and given the app all of the permissions yet it doesn’t show any notifications.

Very unreliable

Tracks the bus very intermittently and rarely shows the bus moving in real time. Also, it rarely sends notifications even though they are enabled in settings. Often, the bus shows 10 minutes away from the expected stop, doesn’t refresh and yet it’s suddenly at the expected stop with no warning (there’s supposed to be a notification when the bus arrives at the previous stop). These issues are occurring on multiple devices that are kept up to date. Also, there is no way to report issues using the app.
