The password expires constantly and the same can’t be changed within the app.

I was told by the REAL DOT EZ pass folks they don’t have an app! It’s a third party company that MIGHT EVENTUALLY send your money to them. At least I only sent $25, but now I have to get the balance back!!! Don’t use!!
App cannot load new vehicles
When using this app on an iPhone you cannot ever select a vehicle type if you for instance wanted to take your ez pass while on vacation. How frustrating and useless is an app that does not work? I even emailed the vendor and they indicated they were not able to replicate the error. I have deleted and downloaded the app several times and the defect is still there. Terrible!!!!!
