Notifications never work

This app has the most unreliable notifications. I’m an iOS developer — it’s not a settings issue. It’s the app/backend developer’s fault. My packages constantly are getting delayed because EZ Way fails to notify or badge the app

Really bad quality

財政部in Taiwan really need to get their acts together. You mandate the use of this terrible app, but the app quality and user experience is from 2006!

已經一個禮拜完全打不開貨一直卡著寫email又沒人回真的很有事 - 提升服務個屁線上客服也是假的在國外就打不開嗎？不知道做生意的商品需過海關怎麼辦瞎

有夠他媽難用

政府部門才更應該做得比私人企業好。媽的app那麼難用整天更新更新。直接叫Claude幫你改就好了也不會。
留學這麼久起碼因為你這個爛app我已經寄丟兩個Chanel包包。真的笨。台灣這麼多工程師，你隨便問問一天就幫你改好，你被罵這麼多年了還找不出原因。服務人民然後一個好用的app都做不出來。

Doesn’t support ID change

You can only register one ID to one phone number and that’s it. Taiwan changed how they did ID numbers and I was issued a new one. Then EZWay said my ID was invalid. I tried to update it and they said I can’t. I have to create a new account but I can’t use my old phone number. English support is non-existent and it’s become impossible to use despite customs calling me and demanding I use it. Now I can only import things if my wife handles it. Useless service.

The ID number and account number of all EZ Way members cannot be modified. If you have a new ID number, please delete of your old account first, and then use the new ID number member to register a new EZ Way account. If the system prompts "This account already exists", please use a different account to register. The mailbox and phone number can use the same information as the old account. If you still have questions, please contact us, thank you .

Worst App in the World

This app is the most confusing and broken app on the whole planet! Developed by the customs administration in Taiwan, it really shows how bad user experiences and mobile apps are being built in Taiwan and how bad developers are in Taiwan. 9 out of 10 orders get delayed or impacted by the terrible process and functions of this app such that nobody wants to order products from overseas anymore! Also there is no way of contacting this agency, as they are unreachable via email or phone.

Unusable for foreigners

The APP requires a traditional
Chinese name that matches with an official document for verification to proceed. Writting “not applicable” triggers the reviewers to reject the application with a message to leave the field blank. But leaving the field blank does not allow the APP to proceed to verification. Unusable in current state.
