App can't open at all
真的很難用 根本擾民 會一星不是沒有原因 app英文版的翻譯還很差
人在國外收不到台灣簡訊 也收不到台灣訊號就一直認證失敗 ，一直要本人電信認證。拍證件照已經拍到清楚沒有陰影沒有歪已經完美了，app還在說有陰影不清楚 包裹就要這樣被寄回去日本，這樣不是擾民是什麼？

This app has the most unreliable notifications. I’m an iOS developer — it’s not a settings issue. It’s the app/backend developer’s fault. My packages constantly are getting delayed because EZ Way fails to notify or badge the app
