我想請問一下，我人在國外，親友請我代買東西，結果發現在國外EZEAY不能使用，已經刷卡付款，我有什麼方式可以在國外委任？
不在台灣無法打開
實在太落後，經常出國，只要離開台灣IP就無法用

I can’t believe this unworkable app is mandatory signed under the government. The app is always loading. Never has sign in any screens.

Notifications never work
This app has the most unreliable notifications. I’m an iOS developer — it’s not a settings issue. It’s the app/backend developer’s fault. My packages constantly are getting delayed because EZ Way fails to notify or badge the app

政府部門才更應該做得比私人企業好。媽的app那麼難用整天更新更新。直接叫Claude幫你改就好了也不會。

版本過舊不發通知
包裹過了好久沒收到，原來是卡在海關。原因是這破app版本過舊，需要更新也不會講。👎

24小时处于维护状态，且要求必须扫码证件照，出于台湾地区要求？卖个人信息的大陆app别装了

目前人在美國，APP 似乎有限定使用的地區。如果是，這真的很不便。

Doesn’t support ID change
You can only register one ID to one phone number and that’s it. Taiwan changed how they did ID numbers and I was issued a new one. Then EZWay said my ID was invalid. I tried to update it and they said I can’t. I have to create a new account but I can’t use my old phone number. English support is non-existent and it’s become impossible to use despite customs calling me and demanding I use it. Now I can only import things if my wife handles it. Useless service.
