Lost all the info
What happened to all my scanned receipts? I can only see the amount and date, all the photos are gone??
Couldnât get passed email verification
It looked like a really great app except it wonât send me the verification code and without that I canât do anything on the app.
Doesnât Work
This app doesnât work at all!! It keeps saying network offlineâŚ
App crashes
Even with the paid premium version the app fails to load, and continues to be âofflineâ a couple times a week. Recommendation Donât do it!
Glitching
I have used the app for two years and have always found it convenient. This year at tax time I had trouble getting reports. There were either pieces missing or it would refuse to export the months I specified. I have decided to go with just keeping things in Excel because I canât trust this.
I tried to run a report so I can begin to move things over to Excel and each report was empty. That was two tries. It then gave me a message that I cannot do anymore reports because I have done my allotted amount for 24 hours. I would think about paying if it wasnât glitchy.
Taking all my info out as soon as I can. I donât need to be audited just because I canât run a report when I am absolutely diligent about putting in all of my information all of the time. If you wanted me to do a trial then pay, just say so.
