Lost all the info
What happened to all my scanned receipts? I can only see the amount and date, all the photos are gone??
Couldn’t get passed email verification
It looked like a really great app except it won’t send me the verification code and without that I can’t do anything on the app.
Doesn’t Work
This app doesn’t work at all!! It keeps saying network offline…
App crashes
Even with the paid premium version the app fails to load, and continues to be “offline” a couple times a week. Recommendation Don’t do it!
Glitching
I have used the app for two years and have always found it convenient. This year at tax time I had trouble getting reports. There were either pieces missing or it would refuse to export the months I specified. I have decided to go with just keeping things in Excel because I can’t trust this.
I tried to run a report so I can begin to move things over to Excel and each report was empty. That was two tries. It then gave me a message that I cannot do anymore reports because I have done my allotted amount for 24 hours. I would think about paying if it wasn’t glitchy.
Taking all my info out as soon as I can. I don’t need to be audited just because I can’t run a report when I am absolutely diligent about putting in all of my information all of the time. If you wanted me to do a trial then pay, just say so.

I used to keep track of everything via pen and paper. This makes tracking spending and sells much more user friendly. As well as gives you a breakdown right on the dashboard of your profits.

Itemized income and expense
Like others have written, I consider this app the best among the rest. However, I think it can be improved. It should consider having itemized income streams either specifying by customer or nature of income. Also, itemized expense is also an important feature it should consider having so that various expense heads can be viewed and analyzed at a glance.

Best Small Business Accounting App
I have a small computer sales and service business that I run part time. I switched to EZBOOKS a year ago from QuickBooks. I’m glad I made the switch. As good as QB and it’s easier to use. Plus you can’t beat the price, FREE. Thank you for an excellent app!!!
The best one so far
This is quite easily the best bookkeeping app for small businesses who don’t need all the expensive bells and whistles. I’ve tried many and came back to this one. Super simple to use and accurate record keeping. The UI is easy to navigate and support was excellent when I reached out for help with a UI item I couldn’t figure out. I highly recommend this app. And it’s free. What more could you ask for? There are some ads that pop up but they’re not invasive or annoying like other apps. I’d like to formally ask for a paid version to get rid of ads but it’s not a problem so far. Loving it ❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good basic
I simply wanted to send invoices and track expenses. This app is so very basic and easy to use. I am able to email invoices, track the payments and upload photo of purchase invoices and not have to store paper copies.
It is not a full accounting package, but I did not need that.
There is a basic profit/Loss chart.
If your just doing invoicing, its better than a paper, carbon copy book.
