Too slow
This app is great as a specialized app for derm but it’s always lagging. I wait for the chart to load, I wait for the medication to load, I wait for the note to be signed off. It’s understandable if it’s an occasional thing but when you sign off +35 notes a day, it adds up.
Pls add multi photo select
Great app. Came back 2 years later to say it would be perfect if you could add multiple photos into a patient chart instead of one single photo at a time.
EZ Derm
In the world of EHRs, EZDerm is a great derm specific option. I like most its user specific customization of treatment plans. The company is responsive to feedback and is competitively priced.
Recent Update is TERRIBLE
This most recent update is HORRENDOUS!!! Makes the entire system glitch and crash for no reason. Not efficient when seeing patients. Fix it!! There was nothing wrong with the app before.
Needs to be more efficient
Our practice uses this app, so I’ve been using it for over a year. It has some pretty good features, but when it gets past 3 assessment & plans, IT GETS SO SLOW. It’s such a pain when doing a full body check or having to add in a procedure because it takes forever to load. My MAs always curse me when I have to add in more. Lol. The other thing is only allows one photo at a time. PLEASE UPDATE WHERE YOU CAN ADD MORE THAN ONE AT A TIME 🙏🏽. Even if it was limited to 3 or 5 at a time. That would make documentation so much more efficient.

Great but could use some updates
Would be great if there was an a option to add multiple photos to a patient chart at once instead of only being able to add photo by photo. Otherwise no complaints, the app is perfect and love the new update of being able to clone past notes. Makes prepping pt notes 100% more efficient. Sometimes there is glitches where the app will not show the past problems in a patient HPI but they update often.

The best
With each update ezderm is becoming better. Its remaining simple yet adding layers of complexity. The best emr ive ever worked with and ive worked with plenty (ema, criterions, epic etc)
Recent Update
If I could do 0 stars, I would. The new update is horrible with all the extra fields being applied when we don’t use them all. We are a busy office and don’t have time deselect all the unnecessary fields. You could put a feature on there to save our preferences if others need to have these fields. Please fix this so we can get back to proficientancy. After investigating, we did find where to do preferences and save them, so we are back to normal. I’m changing my starts to 4.

Why doesn’t everyone use this?
I have used multiple platforms, including MODMED, and I have to say.... EZDERM Is truly the best I have seen and used. From the training alone it was light years above anyone else. But the platform.... from always updating to what you need, to the user friendly body map. I wish I could give more stars. EZDERM is truly the way to go.

Great EMR for dermatologists
Highly recommend and the support is top notch.
The thought is cool
I only gave 3 star because of the support team.
But this ear does not do basic things that even the WORST systems are able to produce to function as a practice .
