Super frustrating
Logs me out every time I try to use it and can't save my password. Can't save my local agency so I have to choose from the long list every time. Transit does it better, but I'm stuck with this app because it's what my local agency contracted with. I hope the devs can fix these issues

You guys whoever in charge here, we are currently in an outage, I had funds saved to the app and I can’t access them and I can’t even add a card. It was a message saying it can’t add cards at the moment. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. Get yall stuff together it’s 2025 and yall keep having issues like it’s 1995. And before anyone says update the app, I took it a step further, I uninstalled the app and re signed in and it took 16 tried but was able to log in again only to be kicked back out. If I could give a negative star I would. I’m going back to physical passes.

I just bought a monthly the other day it’s not showing in my app
Easily buy & use bus/transit tickets!
I’ve used this on 3-4 bus/rapid trips in Cleveland, and I found this app easy to use. Even better that I can use this app in other regions of the state.
App is not Ez to use
I bought an all day bus pass at 12:33 am and it didn't show up in my tickets I had to argue with a bus driver even though I showed him proof of purchase through the ticket history? If it was for another passenger who defended me I would not have been able to ride the bus
Horrible
I had a balance of 5.75 of the app and it took the money out my bank account. To top it off customer service is horrible, the number is disconnected and whoever is handling the emails is of no help. How do I get my money back?

I use this app almost daily whether I’m in my hometown or a different city. I have never had issues with my fair and it’s easy to pull up and scan on the buses. It’s reliable.

Overrides brightness settings.
Why does this app constantly change my brightness settings? I understand it while the ticket is displayed, but change it back afterwards!
Glitched
I haven’t been able to use this app for the past 4 months I don’t know what’s wrong but my screen is always black and I can’t make transactions for a tickets so I’ve been having to pay with cash on the bus which is annoying when I have money on a card

For the past three days I downloaded and deleted this app multiple times for the same glitch to occur. I’m frustrated because I bought a monthly pass and can’t use it because the app is glitching no matter how many times I’ve redownloaded. I have to continuously convince bus drivers to let me on the bus.

Fix the app!!!
I cannot count the amount of passes I have because it lags and skips back and forth. You see the app has bad reviews so please do something about it!!! Why make an application the everyone has to use on a daily basis and not update it consistently? Also please allow people to to buy more than 3 passes like seriously this is ridiculous. I cannot believe RTA got rid of their own app (that was working PERFECTLY FINE) and decided to use this.

So Convenient
The app has been a game changer for me! I don’t need to carry cash anymore, I just load funds onto my account and buy tickets as needed. It’s a great option to have! 👍
