Insulting customers and refusing to ask questions
Had some inquiries about car detailing. Called twice and never answered, but I saw it was an option to text them as well. I texted with my questions, and didn’t get a full answer. I asked again, and didn’t get an answer at all. I asked one more time, and they said that i don’t understand what I’m reading and to go somewhere else. I replied saying that it shouldn’t be so hard to answer a simple question about their services, and they replied back, insulting me saying “You talk too much did you swallow a radio growing up. Have a terrible day”. So needless to say I will not be getting any services done by them, and don’t recommend to anyone who might have a simple question or needs clarification.

I returned from vacation and called this company to come shovel my snow. They did a bad job. When I got home from work there was still a lot of snow there the only place that was almost clear of snow was near the garage door. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Will not use them again.

Do not hire from this app
I used this app for a condo cleaning, the cleaner caused a water leak that damaged the unit below, and now I am being held responsible for the $600 repair cost. Despite this, the owner has neither apologized nor taken any accountability. They have been unresponsive and continue to avoid resolving the issue. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer care.
