Can withdraw from ATM and only worked at Mixue…no help either.

Can’t withdraw money from ATM by scanning the QR code and can’t send money to personal accounts, which most small businesses use.

Pas encore au point. Ne fonctionne pas avec toutes les banques et quand c’est la BCEL il faut un compte professionnel pour pouvoir payer…Et depuis 3 semaines impossible de payer et l’historique ne fonctionne plus depuis…bref pas top

This app is not working anymore when you want to pay with it.
ATM cash withdrawal fail
I used the appln scan function to scan the QR code displayed on the bcel atm. It says wrong QR code. I then chose the appln's withdraw function. After entering the amount ti withdraw, it was credited into the credit card that is linked to the appln.
I tried a few times using the scan function n all fail. I tried another bcel in another loc. also same problem.
Went to bcel bank in tasat lao to seek help. Was told the scan is for QR code payment not for atm cash withdrawal !

Sehr hilfreiche App
Mir hat die App während meines Laosurlaubes das Leben sehr vereinfacht, da Kreditkarten selten akzeptiert werden und wenn, dann oftmals eine Gebühr von 3% anfällt.
Einzig das Abheben per QR-Code hat bei mir nie funktioniert.

The scan feature does not work, you can’t read QR codes so transfers are not possible
Better than Loca, although small limitations
Works great for 98% of Shops and streetfood Stalls. Some of them are However not supported because they are of private persons
Does not work
My advise: try to deposit a small amount first. My case can deposit some amount but then it says "Cannot get card data" and does not let me continue to use the app.

This stupid app, destroy my trip, and take my money and fee for nothing

This app keeps declining all my credit cards I have….. not possible to use though. Additional in the app there are no description of fees
sending money and no money
I sent money twice on ezykip and I never received the money on the application. and I was charged to my bank account. I would like to be reimbursed as quickly as possible or you take care of the problem
Bug or scam
I was in Lao, I tried this app and put some money on it. When it was time to pay, the app wouldn’t open and keep sending error message. We waited for 30min recharging the app, turning off the phone, reinstalling the app, but nothing worked. So I went to withdrawal real money. Lost of time.
Now, I want my money back and they told me that it’s not possible because I want to withdrawal too much but it’s the same amount.
Can you fix that so I can have my money back ?
