User Friendly App

Probably the BEST banking app I use, and I like how I can organize my finances, and how they give tools to use to help pay your bills. I like the option of adding a payee such as Edison or Spectrum and being able to pay my bill via this app, it really does help! Thank you so much!

Having the F&A mobile app on your phone allows immediate access to your funds. It is like having all your cash in hand.

Changes to account access

Apparently changes to account access have just occurred. Though my access learning curve to these changes will take a while, my first impression is positive.

Notifications problems

Despite Notifications turned on and to be immediate withing general notifications settings on iPhone, account holders do not get notifications till one logs into the App. Problem with development of app of agreement with Apple, but it’s not good and needs improvement ASAP.
