Good but not perfect
The app is generally easy to use and navigate - but I noticed it’s slow to update the class count and total classes. It’s been over 24 hours and my last class (which shows I attended) did not update on the overall count.
Can’t locate club
Was unable to find any clubs via name or area search in Western Australia.

Book multiple classes at once
Would be handy if you could book multiple classes at once. There’s so many taps to book just one class you have to click into the class, tap book and then for some reason there is a review screen to click book again. And then once it’s confirmed there’s a message at the top you have to x out of and then another screen to x out of.

The password doesn’t reset. Cannot login into my account where I saved my payment info 😨

Impossible to login
I’m sorry to leave a bad review, I’ve tried using this app a million times but it won’t let me log in…. Extreme frustrating. I’ve managed to log in on the website to book classes, I’ve reinstalled the app several times and tried to reset my password but to no success. No email even gets to me. I’ve given up !

Disappointing update
You have taken away the ability to see how many people are booked into a class.
In this age of Covid I like to be able to see this in order to avoid the busy classes.

It’s not Working Well
I just downloaded this app and it won’t let me select my location. Maybe it's down, but it’s very difficult to navigate and just move on to a home page.
Great app
I really like being able to see the classes. The UI is very intuitive and clean. One of the easiest apps I ha e installed on my phone. By reading old reviews, you seem to be taking peoples input in making this a top notch app. So I have a feature request. When Waitlist to Booked happens I need to manually add to my calendar. Is there a way to either have “add to calendar” in email that I’ve been “Booked” or add to app to add to calendar when viewing bookings? Or “add to calendar” as “Tentative” when Waitlisted. Modifying to “Confirmed” or deleting the event is fairly easy at that point. Thanks!

How can we update password on the app?
Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive
Favor— can y’all remove classes we waitlisted but never booked out of our “past classes” section as well as maybe making that “past classes” tab similar to the summary for users who use credits to attend classes where it’s grouped by the types of classes you attended?
Searching for Studio doesn’t work
I tried several times to registet but would not let me because the find studio isn’t working. Really bad app

It’s okay but I cannot seem to find other gyms in my area even with gps on and this makes things difficult zzz someone fix that please

App locks your account down to a single studio. No way to switch to a different location.

OMG. I can’t stop accidentally deleting boomed classes!
When I’m in the app looking at the screen detailing an upcoming class I’m booked into, the app has the massive cancel button on it which hovers over the screen. Just about every time I go to get out of the screen, I naturally think the button is to close the class detail screen and hit it. It then cancels the class totally with no “are you sure you want to cancel” message. It’s just boom and my booking is gone!! Drives me nuts. Needs the UI tidied up and a double confirm process. If I do it the night before the class I quite often miss out on the class as someone else on the waiting list gets my spot. Does my head in!
