Nice way to connect with Loona!
I’ve used the app for 2 months and it’s been a decent experience. I mainly follow Yves and I love how interactive she is. I like the point system because it incentives the members to post. Plus, it’s good knowing that I’m supporting the members with money (in a way)! I wish Fab held events like online fan signs or winning autographs. I think Fab is best for those who can afford points and understand Korean. The members sometimes post when I’m asleep or at work so timezone is a consideration too. I took out a star because the app could be more responsive and less laggy. The Android app is a smoother experience. As a developer myself, there are performance and UX issues that should be addressed with the highest priority, especially since this is a paid service. I also wish members could send image and voice comments. Otherwise Fab is a decent way to connect with Loona!

you all need to regulate your app more, like please take harassment of all forms including sexual seriously, because Loona will not be able to feel safe while talking with us if perverts are paying to harass them.

you must instill a feature that prevents trolls and haters from messaging the girls cruel things. it happens too often! protect your artists!! they should not be belittled or sent damaging words. this should be a thoughtful and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Crucial problem
This app, in theory, is great. It lets fans interact with Loona, which is especially great when you realize how limited their fan interaction opportunities have been since their debut. The problem is that there's no protection for the girls. Jinsoul, Vivi, Yeojin, Yves, and probably other members too have all been sent disgusting hate messages (death threats, bodyshaming, etc.) on numerous occasions. It's ruining the app for both Loona and orbits. This is an easy fix, though: just mute negative words. This will make the app so much more enjoyable for both idols and fans.

the app is terrible
the app is so terrible and doesn’t run well at all. very slow and difficult to navigate. the concept of the app compared to other idol communities is so far below the rest. I truly hope this app fails and my idols will be out of contract and able get onto another better app. wish only nothing but the worst for this company.

Why use google translate?
Use Papago instead of google translate, because google translate is not good at translating at all. Papago is WAY BETTER and is accurate.

why is it a constant thing that loona are being harrassed and send disgusting messages on an app made for them to communicate with fans. why is there no system in place to block messages or ban users who repeatedly say awful things. its so upsetting seeing the girls apologise because people are free to call them awful things and tell them to leave the group.

it’s a really good app and i’m grateful for everything they offer. i love loona so much so this app really helps. but it’s also really laggy and slow (idk if it’s just me?).
Needs translate
App is glitchy. You have to click on things multiple times for it to work. There should be a translate option. You can highlight the words but you can’t copy and/or translate them.
