Was the only bank to help me when I was 18 to get my credit going. I’m 48 now and have nothing but good things to say about FAB&T still a loyal customer.

With the previous app I had NO trouble with my app updating and showing the money I truly have. My bank account rarely shows the true amount that I have. Ridiculous! Switching banks immediately
Convenient
Living far away from my bank now it is the only way for me to conveniently deposit checks.
This app is awful!
The app before this one, the old version was ten times better than this one. This app is horrible. I keep it up to date. And more often than not it’s wrong and delayed until I refresh it multiple times. That’s not ok. I expect to log in and see exactly what’s going on without refreshing 8 times to get it to show. Just like tonight. The balance is not right! There’s more showing, not less. So you can’t say I’m trying to get money. And I’ve refreshed it 6 times and it has not changed. It was right and less earlier and now magically there’s way more money??? Yes we’ve made our banks branch aware, and they already know about complaints! I loved first American but if they can’t do any better than this as far as online banking goes with my money, then I will switch! How reliable is it when I can barely get it to work with everything I need!

Camera deposit barely works
It never registers the first 20 times of trying to deposit a check and is really frustrating taking the same photo over and over
Very sad at the new online banking solution
I just had numerous “Error on our side, try again” pop ups with a remote deposit. The password no longer accepts certain special characters, revealing an unacceptably aged password encryption model. And worst of all, FAB no longer uses the online banking by our local Athens office of NCR. I still love FAB, but I’m disappointed in this digital solution switch.

Local banking is the best!
First American Bank continues to be the bank of choice for my business and personal banking needs. It is great when I have a need I can call and talk to someone who knows me and can help without having to talk to someone else in another dept. in another state or country. They handle all my needs quickly and very professionally.

New App
New app would is not user friendly. It is okay when use for simple checking or deposit however for online banking your items that are showing as paid May or may not have cleared. No total of checks waiting for payment. Other app was a lot better! Should check out the Bank of America App it is A LOT better!!

First American Bank recently upgraded its app and it is Awesome!!!!
Great enhancement
New mobile app is a vast improvement over the old one. Visibility into the financial management tool for the app is a bonus, while the ability to control debit cards provided peace of mind.
Awful
The easiest and most friendly app of all has now been twisted to make it about 14 times more difficult with about that many added steps. I hope this was necessary for security and not some package that you bought thinking I would like it!
New App
It was easier the other way where you could see your account numbers for bill pay , don’t like or care for the new way , sometimes simple is best

Awful!!!
This update is awful! The accounts are even numbered or called anything when you go to transfer from one account to the other! It’s AWFUL!
