Love FF, hate the app
Idk what happened but for the last few months I keep getting a “plot twist” pop up and then it won’t load. I have tried all sorts of things but this is super annoying.

Great app, even better facials
Love this app! It’s come such a long was since V1. It makes scheduling my monthly facials a breeze, I can find my nearest location, look at my past services and even get access to exclusive promos!!! Love to see a small business thriving and continuing to elevate all its newest innovations.

My favorite app to use to book my monthly facials. So helpful to see my appt history too!
Features
I like the new update where it shows my upcoming appointments. I was excited when I saw the modify button if I wanted to change, which facial I chose or which enhancement. But the only options you’re given to do is reschedule or cancel. Once you add additional features, this app will be more beneficial. For right now I had to go into the studio to make changes to my current appointment.

A long way to go
I love Face Foundrie but this app is not it! It’s so difficult to switch between locations to book, my wallet never shows or has my saved payments, appointments will show up as available but aren’t able to be booked (but then are able to on the website?) all in all, while aesthetically pleasing, this app is not at all functional.

Works fine but doesn’t customize
I’m able to book facials but with being logged in, it doesn’t say my name at the top of the main screen but says “Hey NaN” and doesn’t show my upcoming appointments. Also if you look at the calendar for a specific esthetician and then go back to look at all appointments availability it gets stuck on the specific esthetician’s open appointments. If those were fixed then it would be much nicer and smoother!

They shouldn’t have launched this until it ran significantly better. You can’t save your favorite location or esti. You can’t make changes to your appointments. It has potential but is SO clunky

Appointments Do Not Book
I have a membership and I went through all the steps multiple times and my appointment never booked or confirmed. DO NOT USE THE APP. Call or book online if you actually want to schedule an appointment.
Features aren’t working yet
This app could be fantastic, but it’s new and some kinks need to be fixed. I can input and save personal info, but I can’t get to my wallet to update cards. I just attempted to book an appointment- if you want to switch which facial, you have to start over instead of having a back button. You are able to add on services which is great but when I finally got to the end and went to confirm(after the appointment review) the screen went blank and nothing saved. Double checked my email before just using their website like before. Once these things are fixed, it’ll be great but it’s still new.
