Los comentarios que he visto creo que se deben a que no han leído bien las instrucciones, ahí aclara que de normal está en standby y hay que volver a darle al botón para que gire, funciona bien

Bought it at Best Buy for a reduced price, very handy little tracker. it would be nice to be able to work with things like teams where there’s other faces on the screen. But I’m not sure how you could do that.

Es increíble que esté optimizada para el uso que más frecuente se le daría que son las video llamadas no lo compres si quieres hacer video llamadas
