Total Scam
Do not download this app! I originally signed up for a £10 monthly trial via a Facebook ad. Without warning, they automatically charged my card £49.99 the following month. When I contacted customer support (WOWOO LTD) to ask for a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, even though they took my £50, the app still shows as "locked" and is asking me to buy a subscription AGAIN. I have paid for a service I cannot even use. Their support team ignores the technical issue and only says "your subscription is cancelled for the future." They are literally stealing money at this point. Save your money and stay away This company (WOWOO LTD / Faceform) is predatory and the app is rubbish. Read the other reviews—I am not the only one this has happened to!

Watch out for monthly fee
I signed up for one month at a cost of £10 via a Facebook add. The app was glitchy with exercises cutting out and some exercises required equipment which was not mentioned when signing up! It wouldn’t upload my second photo at the end so no comparison of skin tone/firmness at the end. Should have known it was too good to be true. Once 30 days up they took £49.99 via my debit card! Now trying to get this cancelled before they take anymore!

Don't purchase
I paid for the trial, which says it expires 7/19/26 under subscriptions, yet I only had access for a week. Tried to email customer service but didn't get a response.
App won’t let me sign in
For some reason they had no problem sending me a receipt and charging my credit card; however, after downloading the app and entering my email I repeatedly get the message that I don’t have an account. Please refund
3 day free trial? You’ve taken a months payment?
Not happy, thought I had a 3 day trial before signing up but they’ve taken £12.99 already on my 1st day trial ???
Do not bother
The app didn’t work at all. They will not refund or cancel subscription. They just keep replying with the same response/questions, which I am unable to do because THE APP DOESN’T WORK.

Worst developer ever paid subscription for a year app doesn’t work
Cancel subscription, I did not have access to the videos except the first day 7th January 2026.
I am very disappointed with this I have. Ever been able to even use the three days free trial. Yet my card was debited. I even access the training. Please cancel this subscription with immédiate effect. I cannot even unsubscribe because I do not have access. Please stop everything, cancel my subscription. Thanks very poor services

Unable to pay for the app even after paying for it
I paid $30 for this app but am unable to use it. I’m being asked to sign up for another trial where I’ve to pay another $50 for. Please give me the services for what I’ve signed up for, or give me a refund immediately!
Subscription
If this was a one time payment I would do it. It does not offer that, I refuse to do a subscription.
Did not do what they said
Clicked the free 3 day trial said they would send reminder that I would be charged and never did! I would not have opted for this option frankly I wouldn’t have tried it if I’d known they wouldn’t follow through with their word! Terrible customer service clearly non existent cannot reach anyone, just given an email address! No number refund my money!!!!!

Excited but obviously skeptical!
Just installed this app from a help recently watched. I’m very super excited to get going a watch my dark circles a puffy eyes disappear!
