Use Facilio to Ensure Comfort and Productivity of your occupants using Smart Control app.
Enable them to personalize their experience on-demand within the building. For example, an occupant can change the ambient temperature of the workplace by simply entering the AC temperature degree set point in the app.
The Kiosks with the Smart control app can be placed at strategic locations in the building/floor.The app shows floor plan when mapped to a complete floor. It shows all devices such as AC, light etc. which are mapped to that space. If a floor has multiple tenants, specific tenants can be mapped to the floor based on requirement.
The app helps ensure occupant satisfaction, reduce occupant service requests, reduce energy and improve HVAC efficiency. With this app, you can get visibility into how devices such as AC are being utilized in different spaces.
