Great information
I get everything I have on my factset on my computer that I need for an overview when I’m out of the office.
Not user friendly and difficult to navigate
This is not an improved version- it’s hard to navigate. Not intuitively designed for users. You should get user feedback and make some changes. Some useful content in 2.0 is not available in 3.0 e.g. sell side estimates. This is really not an easy site to find what we need.
Could be better
The app is missing some basic capabilities in stock graphs and portfolio viewing customizations.
New UI
The new UI is fantastic. A couple more options for estimates, yields, analyst consensus would be great but what a step in the right direction.

This is so bad. You cannot search events farther than two months back, the link to audio never works which is the whole reason this app exists. So brutal!!!! Software is eating the world but FactSet can’t play audio!!!

Financial Highlight scrolling
When trying to scroll left to right or vice versa on “Financial Highlights” section, it would be too sensitive and move to other sections (Current Capitalization or Filings)
Bring back version 1
When first launched it took forever to load, now gets stuck on blank screen. Older versions worked perfectly
Very poor website
This site could be made so much smoother, the user interface is a mess, touch controls don’t work and the general interface is terrible to use
Save your money
Have been in professional money management for nearly 20 years. Factset has a ton of potential, but they cannot get it right. Too many problems to type out. Save your money, and save yourself endless frustration.
Expected more
Factset is brilliant but iOS app is quite weak. Research can't be read without association with certain ticker - lots of report can be missed. Charts are slow, and lack of basic functions. I should admit Bloomberg iOS app is also pretty weak, but Factset can do better, I'm sure

This app lacks basic functionality which has forced me to other platforms. The main time I use the app is for travel. However the document search feature has 0 sorting, which makes it very hard to find and save the right things for reading on the go. 4 years is too long to go between major app updates. Please do better.

Still buggy
In the Home Screen “search IDs” box, the app will populate a list of tickers, but then won’t let me click on one to select it. The app has been buggy for months through various updates.
Deteriorating Experience
From my experience, FDS went from building good SW to a company with bloated and buggy desktop app and junky iPhone app. It is actually quite sad to see the whole thing deteriorate so fast. I spend more time outside of the desktop app then before to get the stuff I need. Wish we switched to BBG

Very buggy
Freezes repeatedly when I type in a ticker and then have to close out the app.
