No need for carrying tedious paper consent forms any longer!
This is the app every visual creator needs for getting consent! It is also so wonderful that there is translation to a language that those who I’ve photographed and interview could read or listen to to better understand what they are consenting to without feeling intimidated i.e if they can not read they can listen to the audio version.

Good but could use some work
I would like it if you could change what the models are consenting to so that it can pertain more accurately to the project that im doing.

Thank you for your feedback. We continuously evolving the app. You can now change entries of consents and add notes. Your wish of adding your own consent forms is coming in the next version end of July! So stay posted :)
