Off button works anywhere at downline
Hi. On iphone when i want to put aplication away from screen, offline button works anywhere at down at the screen. Sometimes i switch off device and dont know about ut.

Fairland App funktioniert nicht
Es gibt keine Hilfe und kein Support, weder per E-Mail noch auf dieser Plattform. Sie reagieren einfach nicht. Ich kann die Wärmepumpe nicht mit der App verbinden. Ich nutze eine Rapid X20-22c. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich so viel falsch mache. Ich habe die Wärmepumpe mit der i-garden App verbunden. Das funktioniert schlecht. Ständige Fehlermeldung nerven.

Temperature
Please display the water temperature of the heat pump even when it is switched off. The temperature is shown on the device display even when it is turned off.
UI needs to redesign
Location of some UI elements (especially the power button) need to change. Now it’s too easy accidentally to shutdown down device as power button is located to close to app switch bar at the bottom os screen.

Works Great… but
Been using for 2 months with my new pool setup. Connects to network fine. As others have commented though it is very frustrating that the swipe up on an iPhone is right on the power off button! Would appreciate a Home Screen manual.
App gone from bad to unusable
This app is so poor. It has gone from very bed with multiple functions like scheduling not working, to after the recent bug fix update, unusable. My device has completely disappeared from the app and I am unable re-add as I get a permissions error and all other functions get a network error. I would be hard to deliberately make a worse app

Terrible app
This is rubbish. Network connection and log in issues.
Unable to log in and getting no network connection
I have gone to use the app and I have been logged out and promoted to enter an account number and password to login. I have never been provided with an account number and when you try and reset the password there also prompted to enter an account number, which I do not have. This is so poor.
Also continually getting a network connection error, please check network connection. This app is now a pile of garbage that is unusable

No network
One of the most frustrating apps around. Downloaded and setup easy, ongoing use a nightmare. It is useless to search for network and constantly comes up no network found . No matter where I go it has the same issue. However for some reason can turn the heat pump on and off! But if you have a schedule and you want to change it you’re in for trouble.

App ist eigentlich super aber….
der Ausschalter ist so knapp über dem Home Indicator, dass man super oft die WP ausschaltet statt die App zu minimieren! Können die Entwickler den Button bitte einfach 50px höher schieben?
Some improvements still needed
The are two major issues
1. You cannot set the temperature to show in C. Despite the toggle it always shows the temperature in F
2. I have a smart 2.4G/5G WiFi and despite having a strong 2.4G signal it fails to connect.
I have to connect to a separate 2.4G signal with a separate router.

El botón de encendido y apagado está abajo del todo en el centro en el mismo sitio que le das para salir de la App
Muchas veces se apaga o enciende cuando quieres salir de la App
Estaría bueno que lo trasladasen ese botón a más arriba para evitar esse fallo

Move the power button!
App works fine but there is a major design flaw where the power button is right at the button of the app so on an iPhone you’re constantly accidentally pressing it when switching between apps. Super frustrating, I’ve accidentally turned it off while switching apps many times and you don’t see that it’s been switched off.

A good easy to use app, but needs a simple fix
The app works well however one ongoing frustration I have, the on off button is right near the swipe up function in the very bottom of my iphone screen and you can’t move it. So you need to be really careful swiping up to get out of the app, otherwise you can accidentally turn it off or on. This controls our heat pump for the pool and we have ended up with a colder pool than expected a few times….
Another suggestion would be to have all heater settings/controls through the app as it has less info compared to the controls/screen on the actual unit.

Temperature indication
There is a lack of accuracy on the temperature positioning. Could you please add one digit after the decimal in order to be square with the temperature graduation certainly for the temperature asked by the end user ?
Wrong place button on/off and poor functionality.
This app have bad position the on/off button. If you want change the app you must slide from bottom to center (iOS) and when You do that the on/off button many times react to that. Another thing, there is no information about inlet or outlet temperature.

First of alI I am very happy that my inverter can be controlled with wifi. It would be great that there are some smart options like: the power of heat pump adjust to the actual sunshine of your location, because I have solar panels. And another great option would be that you can see how much the energy consumption daily , weekly, … is.
