Overall helpful app
There’s a few glitches here and there over the years, but I’ve been using this app since it was released, and it’s been helpful to keep track of financials on the go. Just be patient, it’s not a million dollar corporation that can spend a ton on app development. Gotta hand it to the small local CU for this mostly great app!

Put the preview back
What happened to the preview now? You have to login every time if you’re checking your account
Terrible
The app isn’t working correctly. All I see is a scheduled maintenance message and that was a few days ago. Another is scheduled for June 30 July 1. It may never work correctly again. I like using my phone instead of my laptop. Giving it 2 stars may be too many!
New Update
Not really feeling the new app. It seems deposits and transactions are late compared to the last app. I prefer to go back to the old way.
Easy to Use
Easy to use, accessing via biometric (thumbprint) on my iPad. I use most features including reviewing the account history to balance my account, alert function, account nickname, savings goals, bill pay and deposit a check feature. I use the application daily.
Awful lately
Every time I try to log in to my account it wants me to verify with a code and name my device. Done. Then says device already named. Go back to log in and same thing. Had to delete the app. Ridiculous!!!
Continually asking for verification
This app is constantly asking for verification, wanting to send a code to verify my account!
Literally won’t even let me open the app.
First you delete your widget for w.e. Reason. Now I can even open the app. It keeps saying “something went wrong went attempting to send the last request” fix this !
Not Bad
I like the app. My only complaint is that the announcements/alerts come up EVERY time you log in. I think it’d be fine to just have an alert menu where you can read when you want.
Horrible
Lost the use of my thumb print to sign in months ago and has been getting worse with bugs. After last update It doesn’t remember my username and I have to put password in every time even if I close it and open it right back up.
App has always been great for me
I have been using the app since it became available. I have not had a single issue.
I highly recommend this app!
This app is easy to use and fast! I love that I can see all my balances, transactions, pending amounts, and even make transfers on the go! The one downside is I miss the text alert options the older app had. So I actually have to log in to this app to look, rather than get a text for direct deposits, balance alerts, etc. I wish that feature was available again! Other than that, great app, I highly recommend it to all members!

Can we make it support The wallet App
Can we make it to where you can put the card into your Apple wallet please! Would be awesome if I could use my card through my wallet app instead of having to pull out my card every time I make a purchase!

The new update has everything I’ve been asking for. It supports Touch ID and is easy to transfer between accounts, mobile deposit, etc. Great job!
Authentication fail
This app makes you authenticate your account every time you try to login. This is extremely annoying because you either have to send a code to your email or answer security questions every single time you login. Also, too much going on once you get inside the app (advertisements). Also, no Touch ID like every other banking app.

Very Slow!
This app doesn't work half the time and is slow. Needs updated and fixed!

Just need Apple Pay for Debit cards and check cashing

It is definitely not as fluid as the last version. I really miss the ability to set up text alerts for deposits, daily balance, ect.
At least it works, but haven't had to make any transfers yet.
