I could never find where to click on the app for “Digital Deals”! Like today it says eggs 49¢. Is there I click once and it’s good for all the Digitals? 🤔

Coupon fail
What’s the point of offering coupons if you clip them and each one says failed so essentially you’re not getting any coupons clipped
Horrible web site management
Page takes looooong to load. Moves slowly and dips in and out several times a minute. If you scroll it highlights everything your finger happens to be on while attempting to scroll

Great place to shop
Good selection of items, quality meats and produce, above average on availability, deli items are fresh and sliced to order. Last but not least, every interaction with the people who work at Fairplay in Worth is courteous and fast.
App issue
Had to redo three times but other than that I enjoy using app to do pick up

Fix the app
While trying to reset my password, I asked for reset code. I entered code,new password,but get the message “account cannot be identified.” This happened several times. Also the store selection is very limited under specific categories.

First time doing online delivery and your website has to have exact spelling unlike other stores sites.

Try, try, try too many times and still unable to open yo take advantage of digital coupons. No luck at home nor at store. Rate: -9

Fix load times
It takes FOREVER to load. This needs to be fixed and load like the Jewel app.
Fix speed
It takes very long to search, browse and clip/add coupons. Way to slow.
NOT optional
It says it’s optional to add tip for the door dash driver, yet it doesn’t let you process the order till after you add a tip and enter your card info. What if I wanted to give cash?? Then none of the coupons given were able to be applied. They all failed
