I gave a high review prior but every time I log in, I don’t need to see this survey.
Excessive Prompt
Every time I log into my account it asks for a review. It’s annoying. I shouldn’t have to submit a daily review. You have to push a button to move through this prompt every time. Makes me less likely to use the app.

This is the best Credit Union. I heard about it from Dave Ramsey, who has been my financial guru and inspiration for 30 years. My husband balked thinking it was too much work for a bit of interest. It is somewhat more complicated because I have all my savings in Fairwinds but he continues to deal with our local bank, FOR NOW... Transferring and keeping track is a little harder, but I'm so down with it! I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so pleased to be able to earn a little bit of interest on my accounts that I have set aside for budgeting purposes. Custome service is kind and helpful when you call in with thousands of questions, which I did! No worries at all! Everyone that I have spoken to is happy to help and makes everything 100% clear. I love Fairwinds.

The app wont stop asking me over and over if I would like to rate it. It’s extremely annoying and obstructive.

I learned of FW CU from Dave Ramsey! This is the best banking institution. They are based in Florida but we are in Kentucky. They are excellent and Godly. Highly recommend them!

The App Needs To Be A 1 Stop Shop For Everything Banking Related And Crypto Related. To Make Things Simple Only Offer The Top 10 Cryptocurrencies. Offering Monero Day-1 Is An Absolute Must As It Is A Highly Secure And Very Private Currency That Is Deeply Loved And Valued In The Community. Bitcoin And Ethereum Should Be There Day-1 As Well.
