Not set up well at all
I will be deleting this game. It’s so small I have to use a magnifying glass to see what I need to finish a building or a job. I hve emailed and sent msgs but they never fix anything. If this is the best the developers can do???? They clearly don’t know what they are doing.

Horrible font Size
I really couldn’t get into the game because I couldn’t read the incredibly small font. No way to adjust it either. Looks like it would have been fun though.

This game has not been updated in years. Don’t waste time downloading this game, it gets boring after a few minutes.

Здравствуйте, я купила за кристаллы кукольный домик. Доложила монет на достройку. Но значок стройки на домик так и не сменился. Жителей не прибавилось. Когда нажимаю на него, мне пишут, что как обычно скоро будут запросы жителей. Но домик так и не достроился! Что это за баг? Не могли бы вы это исправить?

Best game!! But there’s one issue
This is the #1 app on my phone. It’s my absolute favorite game. I’ve been playing it for maybe 5 years now and I love that it doesn’t have ads unless you choose to watch them. There’s always something to do, so many quests and so many things. I love fairy themed things and games where you get the whole view of the map like this one. I recently got a new phone and I’ve been trying to log into my Facebook account through the game so I can log into it on my new phone and it always say it can never connect. It’s very frustrating and upsetting because I’ve been working on my kingdom for years and I refuse to start over on my new phone. Please help me on transferring my existing account to my new phone. I see no other way to do so other than the one option you provide of connecting to Facebook. Thank you.

I loved this game at one time. I spent money for crystals, but…never got them. I will delete this game. Tried contacting game support, nothing happened.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!
I ordered $50.00 bucks worth of gems. The payment went through but I didn’t receive the gems. I contacted the support dept. I left two e-mails with all the information they needed. Never got any response from either email. In other words they are thieves! I love the game but can not support a company that is not interested in keeping their players happy. Don’t buy gems! You’ll be sorry!

Took my money without giving Crystals
I paid for a $9.99 and a 2.99 bag of crystals and the game tries to give them to be but a loading circle just keeps spinning. You can click out and go back in to the store, click to buy either one of those items and the loading circle just comes back. And there is no one to contact incase of situations like this.
