Fairy Town
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, and would have given it 5 stars before today. There’s a new contest that is supposed to add to your score for using technology in the game. Things like creating sawdust, making stones of various types, milling raw materials into fabrics, etc.
Things were just fine this morning and I was in the top 3 competitors. I have tried 4 times since this morning to gain headway with the top two places, and I can’t gain any new points. The #1 player is now at 8,000 and rising. I’m still at 4,000. What’s the darn deal here? I’ve reloaded the game each time, and nothing seems to be working.

Just missed 5 star
I am in love with this game. I played Castleville Legends for years and this game has that same feel. The only issue I have is the energy system. It takes so much energy to do anything. I am not opposed to a system like this I have just never experienced one quite this off putting. I am level 10 with about 60 base energy and clearing one large rock could easily take 20 to 30 energy. There are ways to replenish energy in game but the materials needed have to be gathered from clearing things like rocks etc. I feel that if the energy system was less intense I would be inclined to play more and therefore perhaps spend money on vanity items. I will not, however, spend money on energy.

Fun game, but ads promise gifts then crash the game
Really love this game, been playing for about a year. Biggest complaint is that most of the time when I watch an ad (because it offers energy or resources), it crashes the game, and when I reload it, it “forgets” that I watched the ad, no resources paid out. If it was only once in a while I wouldn’t write this, but when it’s almost every other ad crashing the game….very frustrating, wasting tons of time.

Can not be found
Hi, I’m writing to you to let you know that after this last update I can no longer access Fairy Town. When I try to access the game a little white box appears and says game can longer be found!? So did an Uninstall and then Reinstalled the game but the same thing happens. White box appears with can not be found. Do you know what happened and can you help me?? I’m on Level 27 and I don’t want to loose everything………Thanks

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
UPDATE:
Customer service responded saying they had sent compensation. I tried to explain that I had received NOTHING. They insisted they sent it and “maybe” it went to inventory. I find it disturbing that they actually said “maybe” and even responded with “Maybe??? Don’t you know???” Suffice to say, the experience has been too stressful and the terrible customer service has ruined the game. After all, if something goes wrong and they decide they won’t give you any compensation, well, you are just screwed. And cheated. No thanks.

Fun, but not so much….
So I downloaded the game a few days ago and at first it was very fast paced and there were too many tutorials and dialogue. After about an hour it started to become fun and honestly kind of addicting. Yesterday it wouldn’t open. Well it opened but wouldn’t load. I thought maybe I was just impatient so I gave it a few minutes. Then I thought maybe I should close it and try again. When I did that the same issue happened. Then I thought maybe I don’t have enough storage (since I’m running out) and I deleted some things. That didn’t work and after 24 hours of this I’m like “f-this!” And I deleted it.

I love it!! But…
You guys have to create more ways to obtain energy and more of it. I’m more inclined to spend money if I don’t feel taken advantage of. There need to be more ways to get gems too. It’s such a beautiful game with the best story! I’m out of energy so fast! Like I cleared 3 bushes and I’m done. One of the best parts is clearing the brush!

Dear Fairy Town
I’m writing this because our relationship is frustrating for me and we can’t be together any more. What we had was fun and exciting in the beginning and I enjoyed our time together so much like so many new beginnings. Then you started getting greedy and miserly. Like many others I found the items you used to give freely were needed more and without giving you lots of real money I can’t advance. The tools and mechanical parts are pretty much a joke. I used to get 5 for tasks, now I get 1 - AND it cost me 2 to even earn them. When I had to go begging for water, well… it was just sad. It is not that you don’t give water, you do. But so many recipes call for water, that I couldn’t make much. While I could go to the market, many items I wanted (i.e. magic potion) weren’t available or were expensive (wands/hammers, etc.) Finally, I had to go to customer service to deal with a missing gift receipt and they were finally helpful after days of back and forth, but really… days for a small issue?! I have watched many ads, purchased packages, energy & gems and generally was a good partner, but I am frustrated. To be fair, your graphics are great. It’s your personality that doesn’t work for me. So it is time we broke up. I can’t abide the amount of money it takes to play, and I’m writing hoping that I save someone else the pain of playing & losing with you.

Very expensive to play
I used to earn resources from the game at the least, now I have to make them. This takes a lot of time to make the energy needed to play more than a few minutes each time then back you go to make more energy. The gameplay other than the working of the farm is so very expensive. I’m playing the Peter Pan Easter game and it’s just way to expensive and time consuming to try to earn energy to play. Purchasing energy with money is way to much also. I am done throwing my money away.

Warning, don’t go fast
I absolutely loved this game… until I got to the last “level”. Now I can’t do anything until the next area of the map opens. So a word of caution, as your progressing through the locations, take your time and clear out all the resources you can!
This game would be a million times better if they would let us go back to the other areas of the map. After finishing the main story, let us go back to the first area to clear resources instead of making us wait forever for the update.
Now instead of playing a game I love everyday I’m thinking of deleting it, since there is nothing for me to do but wait. It’s so frustrating because it’s such an easy fix, open the first area back up while we wait! Problem solved! Oh well, on to the next game I guess…

Hard to craft
The game is fun, but the crafting gets hard very quickly. It costs special gold tools earned from filling special orders. However, I rarely get these orders. Sometimes one a day. To make 6 potions it would take six days. This puts the game at an absolute standstill. I don’t finish a quest for a week. I suggest reducing the products needing gold tools or increasing the amount you earn or being able to craft them.

Disappointing
I wanted to like this game so bad that I even spent money on it because i love the concept. However, the fact that “energy” gets depleted SO FAST -literally in one or two actions- is annoying. Sure I use the carts, station, activities to gain more energy but then you need certain items to use the cart or station. this game has potential but the developers need to give the character way more energy to complete more than a few actions.

Not worth it if playing free
This is similar to family farm but a fairy tale version. If you do not intend to play for free it isn’t worth it. I watch all the mind numbing ads, collect mushrooms and do everything else to get the little crumbs of energy but it isn’t enough . The prices of items in the market are exorbitant and if you buy anything with your coins you won’t have money for buildings. I can’t afford the any buildings right now or even house I’ve been playing for weeks but you can’t even play long because the energy burns out so fast. I think it’s worse now that they updated the game. They have special event on right now for 10 days which isn’t nearly enough time when my energy bar is at 69 ok I need like 5 or six mushrooms each costs 24 to pick . You pick three and boom out of energy..but you still need five flowers AND a ribbon to make that ONE item . So I’m making no progress at all in the special event . Family farm is much more enjoyable and although it at times is slow going playing money free, at least the log to go the next area costs 1 energy whereas here it costs 28. I am disappointed because this game has potential but it seems the developers care more about lining their pockets then considering options for smart adults who don’t waste their money on mobile games.

I like the game, but…..
So I really enjoy the game. The whole concept everything. I like that there are different little worlds you work your way through while still taking care of you home ‘farm’ I guess you’d call it. My only complaint is that this is the 4th time now I’ve had to stop playing the game because I’m done with all the levels and have to wait for something new to be added. I never know how long it will take, like I said this is the 4th time it’s happened and I hope they hurry and get the next step up soon. I just wish they could constantly have stuff to do and little worlds to go through the whole time. I do really enjoy the game though that’s why I need more of it!

Love it buuuuut
Tried to reinstall did not help. I seems to be the same issue with other players as well. It’s a shame I would totally give 5 stars when and if this bug is fixed.
I really like the game play and graphics but now it’s doesn’t want to load when trying to open it. Then when it does load and I try to go to a different place like mermaid island it won’t load again

Great potential
I absolutely love the game. The story is great, the design is great but there is a lot of room for improvement. For instance: the land your given might seem big but as you progress it’s actually pretty small and they way you want to layout your farm gets very difficult and ends up all smooshed together, you also get stuff from the traveling but the problem is you can’t sell these things when you don’t need them so being able to sell stuff you can’t would be nice as well, my last suggestion would be the obstacles such as trees and rocks and provided decor like the fences you remove. I would like to be able to actually buy these in the shop because I like a lot of these and want to add them in my farm layout. I really like the flower fence but I can’t buy them so that would be nice too.

Can't put it down!
It has been along time since I have played a game that I have a hard time putting it down. I'm a grown woman with adult children and I can't tell them because I used to tell them to get off the darn game! Now, I understand stand!! I'm going to have to apologize to them.
Disappointed
I fell in love with this game… but it feels like they created it so you would have to spend more money to keep playing. Even with a monthly subscription and using all the energy tools available I run out of energy constantly. DEVELOPERS: if you want people to keep playing this game (it has great potential- as I said I would pay a monthly subscription if that made the game playable) you need to make a software update to make energy run out more slowly.

I get to play about 10 min a day
It looks like my complaint is one that many have. You run out of energy quickly and even when you’re busy checking and fulfilling lists, the energy goes quickly. It’s a perfect example of keeping you busy doing menial tasks so you barely make progress in the game. I paid a couple times, but I can use that money to actuallly live my life. And I see that the developers respond the same to all people with this complaint, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but do more tasks. Blah, blah, blah.” I’ve played this game for less than a week and I’m pretty much done.

Has potential but also has its share of problems
This is basically a fantasy version of Family Farm Adventure, a game I’ve come to like. However, as much as I wanted to like this game as well, there are several things about it that makes it less fun:
1) At least twice in the past week I’ve seen an ad in which the heroine is pregnant and finds out her boyfriend has been cheating on her with another girl. She then goes into a run-down shack (reminiscent of the one in Modern Times) and ultimately sets the house on fire and dies. As far as I know, none of this is actually in the game (except for the heroine and her friend, Victor), and ads like this (way too many of them now) are not appropriate for a kid’s game. While it’s true that there are darker, more intense fairy tales out there, those should be reserved for older audiences.
2) As many other players have been saying, the game runs out of energy very quickly, within five minutes or so. Family Farm Adventure has a similar system, but it also has more opportunities for bonus energy. It would be nice if this game had more options like that as well.
3) One of the characters is an older black woman known as “Aunt Jemima.” This is racist language that shouldn’t still be with us in 2022. Even a certain rice brand dropped part of its name so it’s now just “Ben’s rice.” It’s just my opinion, but I think you should follow their example.
