Hi Lin, we're so sorry to hear about your experience. We did respond to your requests several times from support@faithfull.ai, but unfortunately it looks like our emails may have landed in your junk/spam folder and were never opened. If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, they process all billing and cancellations directly, so developers aren't able to cancel or refund those subscriptions on a customer's behalf. That said, we'd still love to help make this right. Please email us at support@faithfull.ai (or check your spam folder for our previous replies), and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
